Becoming a Member

The Ethical Investors Circle is an exclusive club. Membership is not gained through high financial barriers, like other elite investment groups. It is earned through demonstrated character, proven integrity, and a commitment to responsible wealth creation. We seek individuals who understand that capital is not a trophy. It is a tool that must be deployed with discipline, honor, and purpose.

 

We welcome successful founders, investors, business owners, executives, and leaders who have already achieved financial success, and who now aim to expand their influence through ethical collaboration and generational prosperity. Our members understand that the more wealth one acquires, the surer their impact can be realized; however, they do not measure themselves solely by returns. They measure themselves primarily by the impact they create and the dignity with which they operate.

We look at how a person conducts business, how they treat their partners and employees, and how they behave when no one is watching. We value humility, wisdom, and stewardship. Membership is not determined by social standing, age, or the size of one’s portfolio. It is determined by character.

Members adhere to our club credo and uphold a high ethical standard, even when it is inconvenient. We invest responsibly, treat others with respect, and protect the integrity of the Circle. We share resources and knowledge without ego. We support the progression of humanity rather than exploiting it.

 

We believe that generational wealth is noble when it is used to uplift. Our members embrace return on profit and return on impact. Prosperity is not an individual pursuit. It is a collaborative one.

 

Invitation and Vetting

Membership begins with an invitation or a nomination from a fellow member. We take time to become familiar with each person’s values, their history, and their approach to leadership. We listen to how they describe their team, how they speak of past partnerships, and how they approach risk. This process is thoughtful, private, and intentional.

 

We do not sway applicants. If you belong here, the alignment will be clear to both sides.

 

Confidentiality and Standards

We protect the privacy of our members. Information shared within the Circle is treated with discretion. Opportunities are presented transparently, but they are never promoted aggressively. We do not solicit investment or hype speculation. We evaluate opportunities based on fundamentals, ethics, and where capital can do the most good.
