Frequently Asked Questions
Ethical Investors Circle is designed for discerning individuals who value clarity, discretion, and shared prosperity. The questions below provide insight into how we operate, what we stand for, and what members can expect when joining our society. If your values align with ours, we welcome you to explore further.
What is the Ethical Investors Circle?
The Ethical Investors Circle (EIC) is a private, invitation-only society of leaders committed to building generational wealth with integrity through ethical stewardship of capital. We prioritize values, honor, and a responsible business code of conduct. Our members invest with discipline and respect, focusing on ventures that deliver both high returns and positive impact.
How is the Circle different from other investment clubs?
We are not a deal-pushing network or a speculative group. Membership is defined by ethics and character. We do not chase hype. We do not solicit. We curate a values-aligned environment where leaders can make informed decisions and deploy capital responsibly. Profit is expected, but how we earn it matters.
Who can become a member?
Membership is open to founders, investors, executives, family offices, entrepreneurs, and leaders who have demonstrated integrity in their careers and personal dealings. Financial success is not enough. Members must show strong ethics, respect for others, and a commitment to responsible prosperity. Admission is based on conduct, not status.
Do members invest together?
Members may collaborate on vetted opportunities, but participation is always optional. We share research, insights, and qualified deal flow so members can make informed decisions. There is no requirement to invest in any offering.
What does “vetted deal flow” mean?
Opportunities shared within the Circle undergo careful evaluation. We look at financial performance, long-term sustainability, leadership integrity, and community impact. We prioritize businesses that treat people with dignity and strengthen the environments they serve.
Are investment recommend-ations provided?
No. We do not recommend investments or give financial advice. We provide educational resources, leadership frameworks, and access to opportunities. Every member exercises independent judgment and responsibility.
Does the Circle promote philanthropy?
We believe in generosity, but not in charity that strips people of agency. We deploy capital to create lasting outcomes. Profit and impact are not opposites. They are partners when used responsibly. We support ventures that uplift individuals, communities, and the broader world.
How private is membership?
Extremely. We protect the confidentiality of members and any strategic insights shared within the Circle. Integrity, respect, and discretion are core expectations. Public visibility is neither required nor encouraged.
What is expected from members?
Members live by our values. They honor others, invest responsibly, collaborate respectfully, and lead with humility. They uphold the Circle’s code of conduct, treat people with dignity, and decline opportunities that compromise ethics or exploit others.
Is there a cost to join?
Inclusion into the EIC is not based on large financial fees or barriers. There is also no solicitation to invest in any particular opportunities. The barrier to enter is based on ethics and alignment. We admit individuals who are aligned with our standards and seek to elevate humanity through capital, not exploit it.
While there is a modest annual membership due to support the administration, security, and infrastructure of the EIC, be assured that it is not significant nor is this the focus of our membership. These dues are intentionally kept minimal and are not designed to be a financial barrier, likely similar to joining your local rotary club.
How does the admission process work?
Most members are introduced or nominated by trusted peers. After an initial conversation, we take time to understand a candidate’s philosophy, business history, leadership style, and approach to prosperity. We do not rush or push admission. If the alignment is genuine, both sides will feel it.
What does “prosper together” mean?
Wealth is not the endpoint. It is a medium for creation, influence, and legacy. When ethical leaders combine capital, experience, and perspective, they generate outcomes that endure. We help members prosper financially while enriching communities, families, and the world.
